Affiliate Disclosure
Some Amatok product destinations may include affiliate links. This page explains when that applies and how it is presented.
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Affiliate relationships
Some eligible Product destinations may be affiliate links. When a relationship is active, Amatok may share links that can produce compensation for qualifying actions.
Relationship language is shown near those links in clear terms so you can quickly identify them.
Fees and payment flow
- When an affiliate relationship applies, the provider may pay Amatok for qualifying activity.
- Amatok does not add a separate fee to you for the recommendation itself.
- Payment terms are set by each provider and may vary by program and territory.
How links are shown
Affiliate links are labeled using plain language near the recommendation so users can identify that a commercial relationship may exist.
This labeling is designed to be visible without disrupting the Product context.
Ranking and recommendations
Commission does not determine Product inclusion, order, or relevance.
Amatok avoids unverified quality or reliability claims in affiliate context and refers users to destination sources for final details.
Provider ownership and reporting
If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may record an outbound-link interaction before you leave Amatok. Affiliate click and conversion reporting comes separately from destination providers.
Provider reporting can be delayed relative to the user action, and payout timing depends on provider processing cycles.
When you follow a provider link, the destination provider’s privacy policy and terms apply to that visit.
No retailer is represented as an endorser of Amatok, and no guaranteed approval status is implied.
Changes
Affiliate participation and link sets can change as provider programs, products, and regions evolve.
Amatok may update this disclosure and link labeling as the affiliate scope changes.
