Information you provide

When you open the early-access Google Form, you may provide an email address and optional answers about your interests, location, preferred device, or product-discovery needs. Google processes those responses on Amatok’s behalf through Google Forms and Google Sheets.

Website activity

The current Amatok landing page does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Reactions in the interactive feed preview are temporary browser interactions and are not submitted to Amatok or stored after you leave the page.

The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time to operate and protect the website.

How information is used

• Review interest in Amatok and plan early access.
• Contact you about product updates and testing invitations when you consent.
• Understand broad product, region, and device preferences.
• Protect the website and respond to support or privacy requests.

Sharing and service providers

Amatok does not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website and early-access process, including Google Forms, Google Sheets, and the website hosting provider. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.

Retention

Early-access responses are retained only while they are useful for planning, invitations, and related product updates, or until you ask for removal. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security settings.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address, or withdraw permission to receive updates. Some rights depend on where you live. Contact Amatok using the address below.

International processing

Google and the hosting provider may process information in countries other than your own. Their services use the safeguards described in their respective privacy documentation.

Children

Amatok is not directed to children under 16, and the early-access form should not be submitted by anyone under 16.

This policy may change as Amatok adds features or service providers. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
