Current service

Amatok is currently an informational landing page and early-stage product concept. The interactive product feed is a demonstration and does not offer products for sale, process payments, or create marketplace orders.

Early access

Submitting the Google Form expresses interest but does not guarantee access, a launch date, or continued availability. Information submitted through the Form is also subject to the Amatok Privacy Policy and Google’s applicable terms.

No marketplace relationship

Amatok is not currently an approved affiliate, official partner, representative, or agent of AliExpress, Alibaba, Temu, Amazon, or any other marketplace. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

External services and links

Links may open third-party services such as Google Forms. Amatok does not control third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Review their terms before providing information.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not use automated traffic or activity intended to manipulate the website or future recommendation signals.
• Do not copy or misuse Amatok branding or content in a way that suggests endorsement.

Intellectual property

The Amatok name, visual identity, website design, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Availability and warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Amatok does not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amatok is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may change as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated update date.
